Who we are

Eleva Flooring is a registered business name of Eleva Property Pty Ltd. ACN: 696 336 642. ABN: 16 696 336 642. We supply and install flooring across South East Queensland.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we ask for your name, your phone number and the suburb your job is in. You can also choose to give us your email address, the type of flooring you are after, your property type and a message. Those extra details are optional and the form works without them.

If you go ahead with a job we will also collect the address of the property, and the details we need to invoice you.

Why we collect it

To call or text you back about your enquiry, to book your free measure, to give you a quote, and to do the job and invoice you. That is it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number we may text you or call you about your enquiry. If you do not want any more messages, reply STOP to any text and we will stop. You can also just tell us.

Who else sees it

We use other companies to run parts of the business. That includes the system that stores our customer records and sends our texts and emails, our accounting software, and the company that hosts this website. They only get what they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.

Some of those companies store data outside Australia.

This website

We use analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. This tells us about visits, not about you personally. Your browser can block cookies if you would rather it did.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while there is a chance we will do work for you. Once we have done a job, we keep the records we are required by law to keep for tax purposes.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
